Our monitoring procedures, for manufacturing and installation, are rigorous. We pay particular attention to quality, customer requirements, auditing, testing processes and procedures, which are continually improved upon by both our customers and suppliers.
Incorporating regular feedback, Hythe Engineering works to constantly evolve processes and procedures which ensure we provide the best quality, health, safety and environmental practices within the industry. We also provide validated first-article inspection procedures for customers like Rolls Royce, Babcock and Morgan Sindall, amongst others.
Hythe Engineering uses the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as the benchmark for compliance for Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management and more. We also recognise and seek certifications where Industry specialisms apply, such as the Construction Industry. The Engineering is engaged at Company Level with plans to gain ISO 45001:2015 (Health, Safety & Welfare) across its various businesses. We are further exploring UKAS-approved certification for Information Security Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
As of March 2020 Hythe Engineering Services is now approved to fabricate steel and aluminium structures to an Execution Class 2 as classified within the EU Construction Products Regulation 305/2011. Driven by customer demands and a commitment to continuous improvement, Hythe Engineering Services set CE marking accreditation as a primary strategic target to attain in 2020.
